Child Resistant Container Standards and Accreditation
Burford Research Consultants has international accreditation through UKAS
(United Kingdom Accreditation Service).
Burford Research Consultants offer Child Resistant Container testing to the following regulations:
ISO 8317
European Standard for testing reclosable child resistant packaging.
EN 862
European Standard for testing non-reclosable, non-pharmaceutical child
resistant packaging.
BS EN 14375
European Standard for testing non-reclosable, pharmaceutical child resistant
packaging.
Additional non-UKAS Accredited Standards Tested To
US 16 CFR 1700.20
United States Standard for child resistant packaging. All US testing is carried
out in the UK. Burford Research Consultants are the only non-US company listed
in the USA as testers to the US protocol.
